Accommodation

6 nights minimum at the hotel with traditional half-board.

Spa guest may be accompanied by a non spa guest staying in the same room

Treatments

4 treatments per day for a minimum of 6 days, chosen from the following:

• Individual water treatments, such as the hydromassage bath, bubbling bath, jet shower
• Treatments in the swimming pool, such as underwater jet spray, aquagym, relaxation exercises
• Seaweed treatments and wraps
• Massages and body modeling
• Specific treatments and techniques, such as stretching, yoga.

Included in your package

Free access to corporal ecology sessions, a conference chaired by a professional, certain Fitness Center activities, and Agora meetings and events.

Bath towels and bathrobes are at your disposal at the Institute.

You may begin your Discovery treatment program on any day of the week.

For stays of 4 days or longer, spa guest must provide a medical certificate of aptitude.
