« Alimentation & Equilibre » (Family & Balance) is an international programme created by Accor Services for Ticket Restaurant® and launched in partnership with the Union of Hotel and Catering Trades (Union des Métiers de l'Industrie Hôtelière) to help maintain a balanced diet.

We are guarantee that each 'Gustino' item offered at our restaurants have been approved by a committee of nutritional experts using the parameters as below:

- choice of ingredients
- serving sizes
- cooking methods

Gustino is the international mascot to identify children's menu items that are part of a well-balanced diet.
