Harmony
Five thalassotherapy treatments per day. The Harmony Week package helps free your body and mind gently and pleasantly, giving you a feeling of immediate wellbeing.
Health
Four thalassotherapy treatments per day, including one kinesiotherapy session per day (massage or pool therapy exercises). Treatments must start on a Monday.
Healthy
A program combining a healthy diet, fitness treatments and beauty treatments so that you can enjoy losing weight and learn about a new, balanced life during and after your stay. Healthy full board option is included in the package

Intensive Beauty
