At the start of 2010, Novotel Amsterdam City will be the only 4-star hotel in the Randstad able to offer overnight accommodation as well as meeting and restaurant facilities to 450 guests. The conference center has its own entrance, a business center,a reception area and a cloakroom, plus 17 meeting rooms. Of these, 6 are equipped with flexible walls, meaning that these rooms can either be used separately, or combined to form a single room accommodating up to 1000 people.

On the first floor, there are 10 smaller rooms suitable for sessions with up to 8 people. The rooms are highly practical and feature natural light, air conditioning, a fixed ADSL connection and top-quality technical equipment.
