Fun for the family

  • Hospices de Beaune
  • No stay in Burgundy is complete without a visit to the Hôtel Dieu. With its Gothic facades and brightly varnished rooftops, it is part of the Hospices de Beaune estate. 5 minutes from the hotel. Open daily.
  • Tourist Train
  • Explore everything Beaune has to offer & the Côte de Beaune vineyards without tiring yourself out. The 45-min tour has a multilingual commentary & takes in Old Beaune, vineyards & the main monuments. Departs from in front of Hôtel Dieu during the season.
  • Beaune market
  • Until 1pm on Saturday, this is the place to be in Beaune. Colorful and fragrant, it's got everything: fruit and vegetables, regional cheeses, chicken from Bresse, Charolais beef, organic products, and a flea market in the summer.
