How do I combine my cards into a single account ?

You can request that your cards be combined into one single account, provided that they are registered under the same first and last names:

  1. 1 Go to "Your Support space" on AccorHotels.com
  2. 2 Click at the top right on "Log in" and enter your email address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number and your password to log in
  3. 3 Go back to the middle of the webpage to fill in the online contact webform, once you're logged in
  4. 4 Select the topic for your request "Le Club AccorHotels"
  5. 5 Select the reason "Ask to combine your various cards"
  6. 6 Specify the numbers of the cards to be combined in "Comments" and specify the one you would prefer to keep as well as the email address linked to it
  7. 7 Click on "Send your request" to finalise your request
