I no longer wish to be a member, how do I terminate my membership?

You can, at any time, terminate your Le Club AccorHotels account:

  1. 1 Go to "Your Support space" on AccorHotels.com
  2. 2 Click at the top right on "Log in" and enter your email address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number and your password to log in
  3. 3 Go back to the middle of the webpage to fill in the online contact webform, once you're logged in
  4. 4 Select the topic for your request "Le Club AccorHotels"
  5. 5 Select the reason "Other reason"
  6. 6 In "Comments" and specify if you wish, the reason for your termination
  7. 7 Click on "Send your request" to finalise your request


Membership termination leads to the deletion of all points earned up to the day of termination.
