Status and benefits

How does the availability guarantee work for Le Club AccorHotels Gold and Platinum members? How can you find out the dates for which the availability guarantee does not apply (for each hotel)?

Gold status enables you to benefit from the availability guarantee for bookings made up to three days in advance of your arrival at the hotel.

Platinum status enables you to benefit from the availability guarantee for bookings made up to two days in advance of your arrival at the hotel.

The availability guarantee applies to all Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, The Sebel, Novotel (Hotels and Suites), Mercure, Mama Shelter, ibis and ibis Styles hotels, with a handful of exceptions (see exceptions hotels and brands list here). This benefit only applies to stays of 7 nights or more in Resort hotels. The availability guarantee does not apply to Thalassa Sea & Spa, Adagio or Adagio Access hotels or partner hotels.

These are dates related to specific events resulting in a large increase in activity at one or more hotels in a certain destination. The availability guarantee does not apply on these dates for these hotels. To find out which dates are not included in the availability guarantee, please click here or see our General Conditions of Use. Members can access the official calendar on AccorHotels.com. It is updated twice a year for the following 12 months.

The availability guarantee applies per room and not per type of room. The availability guarantee applies if the booking is made before midday (local time of the country in which the hotel is based), at least three days before arrival for Gold members and two days for Platinum members, on condition that the member requests it at the time of booking. This guarantee only applies to bookings made via AccorHotels distribution channels at public and full rates (excluding promotions and reductions), and for one room only (the member's room). If several rooms are booked, the guarantee does not apply to the other rooms.

NB : The conditions applying to earn points and benefit from your status-related advantages are different when you stay at a partner hotel of the loyalty programme are different: these stays allow you to earn Rewards points only.
