The Magic Fountains of Montjuic

The musical show begins every 30 min.: multiple water displays make up a perfect choreography on a background of classical music… Great memories for you to treasure! The Montjuic cable-car also provides an opportunity to admire a superb panorama which includes the city and the Mediterranean.

A real institution for Barcelonans who follow the exploits of the club each weekend. The Barcelona FC has its own museum. Trophies, photos, stadium curios and statues of their great players will delight football fans as much as the uninitiated. Moreover, it is possible to visit the changing rooms and to walk up to the top of the stands to admire the impressive proportions of the stadium.

The Marine Museum
It offers educational activities for children but can also be visited with a guide. Your eyes are constantly attracted by the beauty of scale models, original charts dating back to the 15th century, life-size replicas or historical instruments on display. It is also possible to continue the visit, getting on board the “Santa Eulalia”, a ship moored in Vell harbour and which is part of the museum.

The Chocolate Museum
A particularly interesting museum when you travel with children. The idea of the museum is to bring children as much as parents to discover the trades linked to chocolate, from the picking of the cocoa beans to the making of the finest chocolate pieces. Workshops are specially organised for children to allow them to handle chocolate and create their first piece, but also for the whole family as in the case of the testing session during which you learn to distinguish the different varieties of chocolate, their characteristics, and how to test/taste it… Most certainly the visitors’ favourite!
