Ontario Science Centre
The children’s favourite! Toronto’s Science Centre, an impressive scientific display that is totally interactive, tries to make science more easily accessible to children! Space, the living earth, the brain and its functions, the Hall of the Human Body, the Hall of Sport… so many entertaining exhibitions in which children are the main participants. A special mention must be made of the Hall of Comunications, where children will be able, thanks to a computer, to communicate with a chimp! To stimulate and sharpen children’s curiosity is a good purpose for a family visit.

Canada's Wonderland
Thrills for the grown-ups and great memories for the young ones! The Wonderland, as its name indicates is THE amusement park with its roller coasters, its rides and aqua games, its dodgems, its incredible carousels… A park where children will meet their favourite heroes, Scooby Doo, Dora the Explorer, Tomb Raider, and SpongeBob, to share marvellous adventures. Royal Ontario Museum
This museum is one of the largest in North America. Superbly endowed, it is the cultural place to go to with the children. Indeed, on the second floor devoted to natural history, you have dinosaurs, birds and the thrilling bat cave. After these thrills, children will be able to try their hands at entertaining experiments based on their senses of hearing and touch, and they will turn into budding Indiana Jones joining in archaeological excavations! Other interactive presentations can also be shared with the family in the gallery named Dynamic Earth! A must.

The Bata Shoe Museum
Located in a building that is shaped like… a shoebox, it is impossible to go to Toronto without visiting this unique museum! Zoos, aquariums, parks and gardens
Close to 300 hectares of fun for the family. Toronto Zoo, with its 5,000 animals representing almost 500 species, is one of the largest in the world. It is divided into six geographical regions, and children will go joyfully from piranhas to beavers, from white Siberian tigers to the tropical forest with gorillas… On top of that, in the summer children can visit in a “zoomobile” with their parents. High Park
With a little more than 160 hectares, High Park is the largest in Toronto. Located to the west of the city, it is an ideal place for families. The Franklin Children’s Garden
Located on Centre Island, one of Toronto’s islands, this garden is an opportunity for young children to meet one of their favourite heroes: Franklin the Turtle! Specially designed for children, the activities offered are numerous and varied, with always the same idea in mind: to make children better understand nature while having fun.
