Berlin
Berlin became the capital city of reunited Germany in 1991 and is world-renowned for its numerous museums, international film festival, varied architecture and prestigious monuments such as the Brandenburg Gate. An important city due to its role in history, Berlin is also known for its cultural dynamism and, surprisingly, its green areas. It has more bridges than Venice, and you’re never far from water because of its numerous lakes and the Spree, the river that runs through it. In short, this city offers a great variety of activities for families, which you can enjoy at your own pace.
To discover, to understand, to wonder, and enjoy oneself, to marvel…So many entertaining opportunities to be enjoyed by the WHOLE FAMILY and which can be reached from your hotel in Berlin.

The Berlin Wall Trail
Part and parcel of Berlin’s history, the Wall was a symbol of the Cold War and the East/West opposition. There are many ways to understand its significance during its heyday, but the best is simply to walk through the city! Parts of the wall have been preserved, for example on Potsdamer Platz and Mühlenstrasse. The line of the Wall can be traced on the ground, and the painted murals are symbolic reactions to this recent past. The most famous part is the East Side Gallery, while Checkpoint Charlie was the focus of one of the greatest confrontations of the 60s. A hands-on alternative to the museums covering this part of history.
Potsdamer Platz
Open every day
