On foot or with a horse-drawn carriage, there are many opportunities to wonder at its architectural heritage. A first-class tourist destination, Seville is a most pleasant destination for a family with its rich history, sunny climate, sandy beaches, high mountains as well as modern amusement parks. The city which was the starting point for Christopher Columbus proves that it is possible to unite history and modernity while preserving a natural environment as seen in the Donaña natural park that is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

The Cathedral and the Giralda
Inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list, Seville’s cathedral required more than a century to build…but the result is worth it! First a mosque, it was transformed into a cathedral and richly decorated thanks to, among other things, the gold that was brought back from the Americas by Christopher Columbus. The tomb of this famous explorer is now kept in this cathedral.
