The Natural Sciences Museum.
This museum displays its magnificent collections with entertaining interactive games. Together with the incredible dinosaur gallery, the largest in Europe, which will delight the young, there are areas devoted to minerals, fossils, animal life…which are presented in most entertaining ways. Do not miss the impressive vivariums where you can watch thousands of insects. An interesting moment to be shared with the whole family.

The Belgian Centre for Comics.
Brussels is the capital city for cartoons! Lucky Luke, Tintin, Spirou, and all names that take us back to the days of our youth! Through exhibits organized by themes, and by discovering the numerous bookstores that specialize in comics and cartoons, you will meet these heroes again and again. They are the by-products of the rich imagination of Belgian authors. Leaving the centre do not hesitate to go on the famous “cartoon trail” (parcours BD) which weaves around Brussels. Zoos, Aquariums, parks and gardens

Brussels Aquarium
With close to 1200 sq meters, Brussel’s aquarium takes you on a wonderful trip to discover the sea fauna of the five continents. The 48 aquariums and aquaterrariums will give the children a chance to admire fish, amphibians and invertebrates from all over the world. Woluwe Park

An English-style park covering about 71 hectares, this superb park is the largest in the Brussels region. With ponds, footpaths, and wide hilly lawns, it is the perfect place for the family to relax or go for a picnic. The children can also observe the wide variety of trees, with more than 180 different species, or feed the numerous birds playing about the ponds.

The Royal Park

Also called the Parc de Bruxelles (Brussels’s park), it is a nice place to go for a stroll. The children will love the magic of the fountains, while the parents will enjoy the birds singing or will let themselves go to the rhythm of the numerous concerts being performed in the park. Do not hesitate to go there for a break, particularly if you have decided to go to visit the Fine Arts Museum or the Dynasty Museum which are close by.

Located in the Bruparck family park, close to the Atomium, it is a place where the children will enjoy their first aquatic thrills.
