From Chiang Mai international airport follow the signs to the Changpuak bus station, 15 minutes away. The hotel is next to the station.From the Chiang Mai Lampang freeway turn left at Kuangsingha Intersection and continue until you reach Rajabhat University. The Novotel Chiang Mai is located about 200m further on the left hand side.
